What will happen after submitting the form?
You can expect us to get back to you after receiving your request for the Zoty presentation to confirm the date you selected.
We will also confirm the format of the presentation. By default, it is provided online, but we can arrange an onsite presentation if you like.
We will ask you about the focus of the presentation as well. If you’d like to invest minimal time at this stage, we can focus on a brief introduction to Zoty’s core features. This will take approximately 40 minutes, including time for a few questions.
If you would prefer us to go into more detail on specific areas, please expect a longer time. In such cases, the presentation usually fits within one hour.
You can also include these details and other relevant ones directly in the registration form. This will help us to focuse the presentation specifically to your needs.
Why don’t we offer the demo account to try Zoty?
Because it doesn’t work. Based on our years of experience, it is unrealistic to expect that users can fully explore and evaluate any larger, complex system on their own well enough to determine whether it is suitable for them or not. Even if your team manages to allocate enough time for this activity alongside their regular work duties, the practical experience from implementing similar projects will still be missing.

What not to expect
Product marketing. Our presentations are not general marketing overviews of the product. They are handled in a highly practical manner by senior consultants with experience from numerous projects. The goal of the presentation is not to “push the product,” but to determine together whether it is a suitable fit to your needs.
What’s next if the presentation itself isn’t enough?
Not everyone is able to choose a solution based on its presentation or references.
So whether you are choosing from more options and need to reduce your short list, or just want to make sure your preferred solution is the right one, we recommend considering the PoC.
A PoC (Proof of Concept), a PoV (Proof of Value), or simply a pilot project is often preffered as a way to verify and confirm the choice of the most suitable solution. Using your sample data and methodology, we will test Zoty together and evaluate its usability in your specific environment.
This project activity has a clearly defined scope, timeline, and costs, which are usually shared between the supplier and the customer.
Additionally, this gives the customer more insight into the supplier, its approach and professional competencies. Sometimes, this information can be more valuable than getting to know the product itself. It’s not pleasant to find out after the contract is signed that you and the supplier’s project team aren’t on the same wavelength.
