He is a process consultant with experience since 2003. In addition to Process management and Risk management, he is also close to ICT technologies, Information security and Enterprise architecture.

From the very beginning, he has been significantly involved in the agile development of Zotz. In his role as Product Owner, he participates in defining the product vision. He is responsible for communicating business requirements from experts on the collaborating partners and customers, which he then analyzes and communicates to the development team.

He is a process consultant with experience since 2000. He specializes in the implementation of management systems, in particular quality improvement according to ISO standards, process transformation and optimization, implementing and auditing compliance with the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Helps organisations to integrate these management systems and to apply a risk-based approach as well. He is analytically involved in the development of Zoty and its end-user support.

He is the head of the Diagnostics and Testing Group of the Regional Innovation Centre of Electrical Engineering at the University of West Bohemia in Pilsen. In addition to research activities in academia, he actively cooperates with a number of major companies in the commercial sector. For more than 14 years he worked as an internal auditor. He is a lead auditor for Information Security Management Systems (ISMS), Information Technology Service Management (ITSM) and Quality Management Systems (QMS).

He is a member of the analytics team that has been involved in improving Zoty.
